Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch: Customers can cancel their order anytime before it is shipped for a full refund.

After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped, but customers may refuse delivery at the doorstep for a refund.

Refund Timeline: Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Returns & Refunds

Return Window: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if found defective, damaged, or not as described.

Condition: Returned items must include original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Refund Method:

Prepaid orders → refunded to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery orders → refunded to customer’s bank account or wallet balance.

Defective/DOA Products: Free replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Warranty Coverage: Smartwatches carry a 12‑month manufacturer warranty; accessories (charger, strap, cable) carry 6 months warranty.

Service Support: Free doorstep pick‑up & drop for repair/replacement services.

We respect the choice and decisions of our valuable customers. Our Customers can conveniently return any product they don't like within the return wondow. The entire product cost is refundable in that case. Note that shipping cost is not refundable due to a very competetive price range but return shipping is borne by Shyenah.
Exceptions & Support

Non‑Returnable Items: Products damaged due to misuse, unauthorized repairs, liquid damage or physical damage not covered under warranty.

Customized Products: Engraved or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
